Join Ludisis Mones  a Cuban dancer and certified Yoga Alliance Teacher and Guenther Schauer (Thai Massage Instructor) for this Yoga, Dance, Sport, Meditation as well as fitness and above all Thai Massage Retreat.

Phuket is the largest island in Thailand, surrounded by mountains and the most beautiful beaches.  Our Retreat will be in this exotic place full of magic, where your soul, mind and body will find the tranquility you deserve.

Our Retreat will mix the techniques of Thai massage with Yoga, fitness and relaxation,

Fusion dance and self acceptance.

An interesting Thai Massage workshop will give you the tools to learn  such an ancestral technique and benefit from it. Furthermore what you learn during our retreat you will be able to use on yourself for the rest of your life.

We also will have an excursion to a wonderful Laguna beach planned, not to mention a Sunset Yoga class included !

Indulge in tropical fruits such as mango, jackfruit, mangosteen, starfruit. dragonfruit and durians. Eat nourishing vegetarian food, vegan raw food and learn more about healthy living and nutrition.

The Health & Sports Resort package is perfectly suited for those wishing to realign themselves and escape the relentless hustle and bustle of daily life. The new Retreat Getaway program is a 7-night stay that gives participants the chance to truly get away from it all, and perhaps discover something new within themselves along the way.

Guests can expect a week of relaxation, rejuvenation and revitalization as they embark on this retreat. In order to help guests relax, 2 yoga classes catered for the needs of the individuals are offered each day, along with daily meditation sessions that cover pranayama and meditation techniques suitable for each level, and 3 Thai massage workshops during the program totalling 6 hours. To rejuvenate, daily Freeletics classes adjusted for the group’s level take place, along with a couple of Afro Fusion dance classes or Salsa classes, and a Sunset Yoga session on one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches.

To revitalise, guests receive complimentary access to Thanyapura’s sports facilities and fitness centre including the 50m and 24m pools, towel service, and access to the Lifestyle Locker Rooms complete with sauna room, steam room, and hot and cold jacuzzis. Meals are provided throughout the retreat, with delicious vegetarian and vegan options available for lunch and dinner.

This program is being offered from 20 October 2018, and requires a minimum of 6 people to take place. Although the program will usually commence on a Saturday, start days are flexible, and are based on room availability. For more information please contact us.

The day will start with a relaxing meditation and a Hatha Yoga class that will prepare you for the rest of the day’s activities.


DAY 1 

Arrive at Phuket Airport on Oct . 20th (fly from the U.S. on Oct. 18 to arrive in Thailand  on Oct. 20). You will be picked up by the hotel’s car at the airport upon arrival. The ride  to the hotel is about 15 minutes. Check-in at 14:00.

Welcome ceremony and Dinner.

DAY  2 and DAY 3  

Hatha yoga  session (90 minutes)  Breakfast.  Thai massage workshop.  Vegetarian or Vegan lunch.

Sunset Meditation Yoga.

Vegetarian or Vegan dinner.

DAY 4 and DAY 5  Pranayama and Meditation Session.


Afro-Fusion Class.
